Why it costs you twice
Why a repeat finding costs more
An examiner who finds the same control failing a second time asks two things. Is it fixed? And how do you know it will stay fixed? Most banks can answer the first from memory. The second needs a record.
01 · It shippedProof the fix reached production
A deployment record, a settings change, or the first events from the system you connected. Each is tied to the article and dated. A ticket marked done does not count.
02 · It heldProof it kept working
A measure you choose, checked on a schedule, for as long as your regulator’s window asks.
03 · It was checkedProof someone independent signed
A test result signed by someone other than the person who made the fix. If your bank signs in DocuSign, Acrobat Sign or on paper, Coriqo checks the signed PDF too, and the person who made the fix still cannot count as the signer.
All three sit in one locked record. It cannot be rewritten afterwards, so the record you hand over is the record that was kept.

Nothing here is a separate tool
The repair record draws on modules you may already run. The finding comes from the examination, the evidence from your systems, and the people and agents involved are already on the register.
From the examFindings and examiner questions
The finding arrives with its examination, owner and due date, and stays tied to them.

Tickets, exports and events come in through Evidence Connect and are locked as they arrive.

If the failing control involves an AI system, what it was allowed to do and what it decided are already on the record.

From your signing toolSigned letters
The test result and the attestation letter are signed where your bank signs today. Coriqo checks each signature and the document it covers, and keeps the signed copy with the step. The examiner can run the same checks offline.
E-signature (built, in testing) →
The board and audit committee read the outcome from the same record, so no one rebuilds it into a deck.

Pilot offer
One order, up to five articles, 90 days
You end with a locked record an examiner can check, with the signer and the evidence attached to each step. Locked entries are never rewritten. A later change is added as a new entry, and the old one stays as it was.
In scopeOne order, five articles
We load them as articles with owners and dates in your own Coriqo account. We connect them to the systems that already produce your evidence.
Out of scopeNo opinion on adequacy
We do not advise on whether the control is adequate, and the closure letter comes from your regulator rather than from us. Those two signatures are yours to give.
You keepThe record either way
The record is yours, and you can export it from day one. If you stop at the end of the pilot, the history you built stays readable and checkable, and so do the signed letters and their proof files.
